    Responsibilities: • Strive to have a highest impression upon the team’s general performance • Understand and proficiently use readily available debugging tools • Perform any duties as they are assigned • Manage escalation from initial line service to next line service and traffic monitoring of support incidents • Document instance advancement and resolutions Basic Qualifications: • Completed 1 Semester in College or Completed a Short Course • Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills • Must be willing to work in Taguig, Makati and Muntinlupa City • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules primarily during Night Shift • Call-center experience is an advantage but NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!
